Ron Skea


Ron is a systems thinking leader with extensive experience in the private and public sectors.

Ron joined Vanguard Scotland from VELUX where he was Operations Director. At VELUX, Ron worked with Laurence Barrett to embed a Systems Thinking approach to the design and leadership of its call centre and delivered outstanding customer satisfaction, high employee engagement and dramatically reduced costs.

Prior to this Ron headed the corporate employee development function in Dundee City Council where he was involved in facilitating systems thinking change interventions in a wide range of services.
Ron is also a Fellow of the CIPD and has over 20 years experience as an HR and organisational development professional.
